The Mate Advocate

Defend your everyday.

There’s a reasonable basis to ask for the fee to be waived. This is a courtesy request — not a claim they must reverse it.

What evidence matters
The advocate works that out, then shows you the position in plain English — including what could weaken it.

It watches out for you.

Questions
Do I need to know what kind of complaint this is?
No. Start with what happened. The advocate works out the category, the evidence that matters, and who to contact.
Will it send emails without asking?
No. Connecting an inbox is read access. Sending anything externally needs your approval unless you later turn on a specific autonomy rule — and even then, this version still asks first.
Is this legal advice?
No. This is an advocate that helps you gather the picture and communicate clearly. It will say when it hasn’t found a verified right.
What if there isn’t a strong case?
It will tell you. Honesty is the product. A courtesy waiver can still be worth asking for even when nobody has to grant it.
